Founder, Taylor May, first launched SecurityVIP LLC out of his garage in Prosper, Texas in May of 2020. At the age of 27, his first venture was a podcast series called the "SecurityVIP Podcast"; a series focused on speaking "Nothing But The Truth" around today's best practices, emerging technologies, and where the physical security industry is heading.

Since then, the podcast series has been featured at multiple industry events such as ISC West, SIA, GGPC, and has been recognized as the industry's premier podcast per IPVM. Today, you can tune into the podcast on YouTube, Spotify, and LinkedIn. In December of 2022, SecurityVIP LLC was rebranded into "SecurityVIP Enterprises" to bridge the gap for End Users in the security industry. A business focused on putting End Users at the forefront of the conversation through transparency & accountability. Mr. May has been recognized as a top producer and influencer in the physical security industry the last 9 years. He was recently recognized as an IFSEC Global Security Influencer for 2022 and is someone who has been known for cultivating and sustaining relationships throughout his professional career, specifically with End Users. He enjoys highlighting the industry's top professionals on relevant topics for today's security needs as well as exemplifying his core value by putting "People before Product". Mr. May holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and was a Former Defensive End of the 2011 Big 12 Championship Football Team. He also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dallas.
